Crazy Day!!

Today felt so much like a Friday...I mean SERIOUSLY! It was soooooo CRAZO at work today, is it a full moon, or is one close??!!! HAHAHA!

My sons have their JROTC Military Ball tomorrow night. Class A's look good, hair is nicely cut, and Mom has her dress and shoes ready. Colt tried his best to convince me to wear the Ivory dress I wore to the MP Ball with my husband, but neh...I don't want to be that formal...I am the mom!

I am sitting here relaxing with my sons, and who the heck is calling my cellphone with a BLOCKED number??? And you CANNOT be courteous enough to leave a message?! Don't call me if you are afraid to show your phone number and be courteous enough to leave a message...it's rude.

So much for my vent about the crazy day...I am hopping off of my soapbox now and calling it a night =)

Home Improvements...Carie Wilemon Style...

My husband ( Rocky Wilemon ), first called the house the "Man Cave"...and trust me it was, they even carved MAN CAVE into a cement block at the foot of the back porch stairs...lol. It was my now hubs, his dad (Papa Turtle), and his friend Jake. Playboy poster, Zoo poster, Gators Flag, Georgia Flag, Pool table, bar on the front porch, BUT...NOT overly manly, well, maybe it was...hahaha. Then we decided to move forward in our relationship, plus my bills were getting higher with two teens, and I just could not afford it all any longer. Once I moved in with the boys it was stressful, it took a few months to gain any remote sense of comfort, and sanity. Jake moved, which I am still sad about, I began to tidy the place up, cook, and make is smell nice, BUT not overly girly...it wasn't my place to change anything, but I was going to make it cleaner. Papa moved before the holidays, again major sadness still, so the only Man Cave survivors left are... me, SSG, and the boys. Then came our marriage, holidays, and now SSG has PCS'd.

SO what does this have to do with Home Improvements? I promised my hubs that I would keep myself busy (besides training dogs...I MUST have time for me), and with the help of friends, and family, I am doing just that. The house is now blossoming into our home. Flowers, Greenery, Annuals, Perennials, Gardenia bushes(my VERY FAVORITE flower), & Mexican Heather ( YEAH, thanks soooooo much Lowe's for having a CRAP LOAD YESTERDAY, and NONE TODAY when we needed just TWO MORE little pots of it!!! GRRRRRRRRRR).

Mulch is next...hahaha...BUT first the flowers must be placed, some are done, the others are waiting to touch the new home....once everything is done, I will be happy, and I know SSG will LOVE IT!!!! Thank goodness he loves being married to a girly girl, because he's definitely got that with me, and the flower beds will show it. I made sure I did not get any flowers that I know he would get me....HAHAHAHA!

Happy Valentine's Day 2011

This was our third Valentine's Day, and probably one of the most memorable. It was our third since we began dating in 2008 and our first being married. He surprised me by hand delivering me flowers to my work place...sooo sweet, and soooo beautiful. He ALWAYS picks out the prettiest roses for me. I came home and he was making dinner. How many women are that fortunate? He knew I had no desire to go out on Valentine's Day because everyone else would be out, and restaurants would be over crowded and ridiculous, so he created a special day for us, and it was AMAZING! I am truly blessed. I love my husband!!!!

Counting it Down....

Counting it down...the days are going by so much quicker it seems, and I am not ready or as prepared as I thought. ALL I want to do is spend time with him, but I cannot just ignore work, the boys, the dog training....it's not easy at all.

I thank you all for being my friends. I am so blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life, my support that I need and will need throughout his time away. The strength to remember, it's NOT going to be long.

Girls nights, slumber parties, I will definitely need them all. LOTS of Zumba, and hitting my elliptical...my awesome hubs says while he is gone he will definitely be working out to stay busy so he can come home to his wife in even better shape than he currently is. He is SOOO AWESOME!!! ( and sooooo nice to look at!!! LOL)

I am a blessed wife, who has a wonderful husband. He calls me beautiful everyday, he is so sweet, he treats me so well, NO he's not perfect, we all have our moments of PMS (Piss n' Moan Syndrome)...lol...me probably more often...thank goodness he loves me and baby's me =)

Maybe I just need chocolate....chocolate makes everything better....

Fairy Tale

You know, all little girls dream of Prince Charming...as we grow older we dream of the perfect husband, we want the house with the white picket fence, kids, and dogs. How many girls, women, or ladies do you truly know that can honestly say "I have ALL of those things?!" Three or four years ago, I would have never imagined being where I am today, or who I am today. I am THE LUCKIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD...WHY??? Because, my prince charming found me, even though I blew him off for months upon end to the point he was like "POOP or get off the pot WOMAN!!!" I can HONESTLY say, I MARRIED my PRINCE CHARMING or the PERFECT HUSBAND.

Is he 100% perfect? Maybe not, BUT neither am I...HELLO, we ARE human!!! I love him unconditionally, as he does me. HE married ME!!!! Sure we eloped, SO WHAT?? It felt 100% RIGHT!!! SO what if we didn't do the HUGE wedding...we will after his upcoming tour, do YOU have a home with a white picket fence?? I DO, because he provided that shelter for me, my two boys, and his two boys...AND WE HAVE DOGS!!!

I am living the dream of MANY GIRLS!!! I have what sooooo many girls wish for...SSG is the perfect husband, he loves me unconditionally, WE have the MOST AWESOME-EST HOUSE, WITH A WHITE PICKET FENCE...we BOTH have two boys, totaling 4 children, and DOGS!!!...oh yeah and TRIP, our three legged CAT!!! LOL!!!
